Receiving Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate with focus on receiving incoming ingredients, raw materials, and supplies. This position is responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying quantities and product quality, completing receiving paperwork, and ensuring all materials are properly labeled, stored, and rotated. The ideal candidate is organized, and safety-conscious. Mid Shift: 10:00am-6:30pm Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming ingredients, raw materials, and supplies. Verify delivery quantities, product varieties, labels, and expiration dates against receiving documents. Inspect incoming products for damage, quality issues, or discrepancies and report concerns to management. Complete and maintain accurate receiving paperwork and inventory records. Operate a forklift to move materials to designated storage areas. Properly store and rotate ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out). Monitor inventory levels and assist with physical inventory counts. Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, storage, and staging areas. Assist with shipping duties and other assignments as needed. Skills Good communication and teamwork. Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments. Accurate data entry and completion of receiving paperwork. Verifying product quantities, varieties, labels, and expiration dates. Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. Stand-up forklift experience; familiarity with an order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack is helpful. Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment. Microsoft Office and customer service. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Stand-Up Forklift driver experience required. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Previous manufacturing work environment experience preferred. Available to work a five-day or more workweek, including weekends. Work Environment: This position involves working in a food production manufacturing environment. Must be comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
