Receiving Specialist/Warehouse Support

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished products, from receipt to shipment. As a key player in our operations, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities: - Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods. - Inspect and verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders or packing lists. - Organize and label received materials for efficient storage and retrieval. - Assist in inventory management, including cycle counting and reconciliation. - Assist when necessary in preparing orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. - Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and packing area. - Operate fork lift when needed - Deliver local customer orders when needed, as well as daily delivery to the USPS for fulfillment orders. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. - Be flexible and able to help in other capacities. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in receiving and packing.
