Receiving Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and safety. Verify shipment contents against purchase orders or packing lists, recording data accurately in warehouse systems such as Fenevision, Excel and Outlook software. Properly package items for storage or outbound shipping, ensuring products are protected during handling and transit. Stock received items in designated warehouse locations, utilizing order picker equipment for efficient placement. Assist with order picking, packing, and loading processes to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately. Maintain detailed records of inbound shipments, inventory updates, and discrepancies for audit purposes. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with shipping & receiving teams to load and unload trucks efficiently. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to operate forklifts,pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely. Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, stock replenishment, and order accuracy standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 3:45 P.M.
