Receiving / Production Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving / Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, preparing products for production, checking the parts for defects, and ensuring accurate inventory control. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment while adhering to safety protocols Stock shelves, organize inventory, and prepare products for production or shipment in accordance with warehouse distribution procedures Record data entry updates into inventory management software and ERP systems like Epicor to maintain real-time stock levels May need to pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments with precision to meet shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations Assist with order picking & packing processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders with attention to detail Assist production as needed Support warehouse operations by participating in cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment activities Skills Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate stock counting and record keeping Ability to communicate effectively with team members and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal departments or external vendors Familiarity with warehouse distribution procedures including stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, load & unload activities This role is perfect for individuals passionate about inspection, logistics, and running production who thrive in fast-paced environments.
