Position Summary Profab Electronics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving Manager to support our quality electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse operations, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and leading warehouse personnel in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for coordinating incoming shipments, verifying materials and quantities, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and identification of materials, and supporting production requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring company procedures, quality standards, inventory controls, and ISO requirements are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily receiving and warehouse operations. · Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other receiving documentation. Inspect incoming materials for quantity, identification, condition, and obvious discrepancies. Ensure all received materials are properly labeled, documented, and entered into the appropriate inventory system. Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality regarding shortages, damages, incorrect shipments, and material discrepancies. Ensure materials are properly stored, organized, and identified to prevent loss, damage, or inventory errors. Monitor material flow from receiving to warehouse storage and production areas. Establish and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area. Follow ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures where applicable. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Experience receiving materials and verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other departments.
