Receiving & Machine Operator – Rubber Roll Manufacturer

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving & Machine Operator to join our growing production team. Position Overview: The Receiving & Machine Operator will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inspecting components for accuracy and quality, and operating production machinery to manufacture rubber rolls to exact specifications. Hours 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components Measure and record part dimensions using calipers and micrometers Set up and operate machinery used in rubber roll production Maintain accurate production and inventory records Follow safety and quality standards at all times Assist with general shop duties and equipment maintenance Showing up to work on time Qualifications: Experience using calipers and micrometers is a plus Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Bilingual A Plus English to Spanish Needs to live more than 20 miles from work Have own RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) On-the-job training Paid time off Application Question(s): I need someone who can listen to directions and follow them.
