Receiving & Inventory Supervisor (Near Dripping Springs)

Location: 15210 Fitzhugh Rd Ste 2300, Austin, TX 78736 Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday About Us DYLN Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse that stores, picks, packs, and ships orders for growing brands. Our clients count on us for fast, accurate fulfillment, and that starts with clean receiving and accurate inventory. We're looking for a hands-on Receiving & Inventory Supervisor to own inbound freight and keep our stock counts right. Responsibilities Receiving: Unload and check in inbound pallets, cartons, and parcels against POs and ASNs, and log receipts in our WMS (Warehance). Put-away and replenishment: Put away stock to the right locations and keep pick locations replenished from reserve so the pick & pack team never runs short. Inventory accuracy: Run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and make inventory adjustments in the WMS. Client updates: Clearly and professionally tell clients about receipts, damages, shortages, and overages. Team leadership: Train and guide warehouse associates on receiving, put-away, and inventory procedures. Organization and safety: Keep receiving and storage areas labeled, organized, and free of hazards.
