Summary: The Receiving Coordinator processes incoming products, monitors communications, responds to inquiries, and unloads containers and trailers while adhering to productivity, quality, safety, and attendance standards. Pay: $17.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities: Systematically input confirmed inbound shipments into receiving log Monitor emails and ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely manner Inspect, count, and verify received items against WMS inbound shipment details Coordinate deliveries to/from Value Added Services (VAS) Document customer inquiries, comments, complaints, and interactions, taking appropriate action and escalating unresolved issues as needed Inspect inbound freight and documentation during unloading and check incoming trailers for safety and compliance Sort and palletize products based on system dimensions Operate CubiScan equipment to collect dimensional weight data for shipping, warehousing, receiving, distribution, and freight manifesting Operate a sit-down/reach forklift safely and maintain daily inspection records Operate an RF scanner receiving, parcel picking and shipping, and general warehousing Support order fulfillment and warehouse operations through inventory transactions, cycle counting, picking, and packing as needed. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience preferred (Receiving and unloading) Basic knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and WMS Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written safety and quality instructions in English Flexible availability for day, evening, or night shifts, including short-notice overtime. Strong attention to detail Ability to either stand or sit for extended periods Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoop Ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands Physical Requirements: Essential functions of this job require the following minimal physical demands.
