Receiving Clerk

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk with advanced computer experience to join our team at Mission Rubber Co. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Preferably someone with ERP experience and ability to adapt to changes. Recommended additions/clarifications: ERP / Business system experience Basic knowledge of Excel and comfortable working with other computer systems Verify product, quantity, PO number, UOM, receipt date, and other relevant receiving information against the purchase order and packing list prior to posting Familiarity with BOLs, COAs, Packing Lists, Air and Sea shipments Physically verify incoming product and quantities Identify and communicate discrepancies involving PO number, product, quantity, UOM, dates, labeling, documentation, or condition of shipments Enter receiving information accurately and completely into the system, including PO, item, quantity, UOM, receipt date, bin locations, shipment #s Maintain accurate receiving documentation Ensure received material and corresponding paperwork are marked to deliver to the correct department, location, or designated recipient Follow up on discrepancies and outstanding corrections to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you are ready to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, we invite you to apply for the Receiving Clerk position at Mission Rubber Co today!
