Receiving Clerk

Warehouse Receiving Clerk Job Summary : Industrial Warehouse Receiving Clerk will receive and process incoming material to ensure correct count and no damages. Will identify and process correct outgoing material for Warehouse team to load out. Candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to pay attention to details and good people skills to communicate with Warehouse team, Operations Manager and Truck Drivers. Key Responsibilities : · Incoming/outgoing material, verify count, inspect for damages, take photos · Create report including photos, add material to inventory, note where items are placed · Receive customer orders from Operations Manager · Identify, verify count and inspect outgoing materials · Communicate with Warehouse team to load out · Before truck leaves facility, obtain Truck Driver Signature · Update inventory and pass all signed paperwork to Operations Manager · Prior warehouse experience is preferred · Must be organized and have ability to pay attention to details · Excellent communication and people skills · Ability to work with a team and independently · Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus · Basic computer skills for data entry (Excel, Word) · Use digital camera and upload photo to report · Use tape measure with accuracy Warehouse Environment : This is a new industrial warehouse in South Mills, NC. Expect exposure to dust, noise and other possible hazards. All employees are required to stay alert and be vigilant of moving equipment. Appropriate attire includes long pants, shirts and closed toe shoes. This position includes standing, walking, bending and sitting. Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
