Summit StaffingReceiving Associate | Romeoville, IL | Weekend days Peak pay: $21.50/hr (includes $2.50/hr peak premium through 12/20/26). Paid weekly. Shift: Weekend days: Sat–Mon, 5:00am–5:00pm, $21.50/hr Peak weeks (11/16–12/21) run 6 days with overtime at 1.5x. Base pay after peak: $19.00/hr. Peak bonuses: +$100 every week you work every scheduled shift, on time Up to $1,000 at season end based on attendance What you'll do: Unload inbound trucks and containers Check freight against paperwork and scan it in with an RF scanner Move product to put-away with a pallet jack Keep the dock clean, safe and organized Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a 12-hour shift Warehouse or receiving experience a plus, not required Background check required No cell phones or headphones on the floor; clear water bottles only Benefits: Eligible Summit employees may receive medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth contributions; accident and critical illness coverage; and paid time off and holiday pay.
