Receiving Associate

About the Role New Age Trucking LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Receiving Associate to join our team. In this position, you will help manage incoming shipments, inspect deliveries, and ensure inventory is accurately received and stored. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery documentation. Inspect packages and materials for damage or discrepancies. Accurately record received inventory using company systems. Label, sort, and organize products in designated storage areas. Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities. Communicate receiving issues to supervisors and team members. Maintain organized records related to deliveries and inventory movement. Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed. Keep receiving areas clean, safe, and well organized. Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics is helpful but not required. Familiarity with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
