Ta Chen InternationalReceiving Associate Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and stocking incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe warehouse operations. Candidates must have excellent attendance and be available to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Verify product descriptions, quantities, and shipment details against purchase orders and receiving documents. Safely unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and promptly document and report any issues. Stock materials in designated locations and maintain organized storage areas. Accurately enter receiving and inventory information into AS400 or similar systems. Coordinate with shipping, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and keep materials moving efficiently. Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and outbound shipments as needed. Follow company safety procedures, inspect equipment, and keep work areas clean. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Previous warehouse or shipping and receiving experience preferred. Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and inventory software. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate data entry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with team members. Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability. Schedule and Availability Full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week. Current shift: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Based on operational needs, the shift may change to 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Must be available to work any of these shifts, along with overtime, extended hours, and some weekends as required. Must be available to start as soon as possible.
