Key Responsibilities
• Greet delivery drivers and manage the intake of incoming shipping vehicles at the loading dock bays
• Inspect incoming shipments thoroughly to check for damage, leaks, or missing items before accepting delivery
• Verify physical cargo counts against packing slips, purchase orders, and bill of lading documents to ensure total accuracy
• Log all accepted inventory and postal materials into our centralized digital tracking system with high attention to detail
• Direct or transport accepted goods to their designated storage areas, shelving units, or processing floors
• Document and escalate any shipment discrepancies, shortfalls, or damaged freight to warehouse supervisors immediately

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident alien
• Must be at least eighteen years old or sixteen years old with a high school diploma
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check, drug screening, and routine medical assessment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and capability to lift up to seventy pounds as required during unloading
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills to work with digital inventory systems and barcode scanners
• Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with delivery drivers, vendors, and management teams
