247 Fulfillment is looking for a reliable, organized, and highly detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Groveport, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, checking products for accuracy, and making sure all inventory is properly counted, inspected, labeled, and entered into our warehouse system. Attention to detail is extremely important for this position. We need someone who takes their time to verify quantities, barcodes, lot numbers, weights, and product information to ensure everything is 100% accurate. Job Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently. Carefully count all incoming products and verify quantities against packing lists and purchase orders. Scan and verify product barcodes, SKUs, and labels to ensure the correct items are received. Accurately capture and record lot numbers, batch numbers, expiration dates, and other required product information. Check product weights, quantities, and packaging details to make sure they match the expected information. Inspect products for damage, incorrect labeling, missing items, or other issues. Report any differences, damages, or errors immediately to the warehouse supervisor. Enter receiving information accurately into our warehouse management system (WMS). Label, organize, and put away inventory in the correct warehouse locations. Assist with inventory counts and stock checks when needed. Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe. Help with other warehouse tasks as needed. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail is a must. Accuracy is one of the most important parts of this job. Previous warehouse receiving or inventory experience is preferred. Ability to accurately count products, read barcodes, and verify product information. Comfortable working with numbers, weights, measurements, and inventory records. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software and handheld scanners. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to identify mistakes, investigate differences, and communicate issues clearly. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move products throughout the shift. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience using pallet jacks or forklifts is helpful but not required. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is extremely careful, accurate, and consistent in their work. This position is not just about unloading boxes. It is about making sure every product entering our warehouse is properly checked and recorded. You should be the type of person who: Double-checks their work instead of making assumptions. Notices small differences in barcodes, lot numbers, quantities, or weights. Takes responsibility for making sure inventory records are accurate. Asks questions when something doesn't match instead of guessing. Understands that even small receiving mistakes can cause major inventory problems. What We Offer Paid training on Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
