Overview We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our receiving and distribution processes. This role involves managing incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and supporting overall operations to facilitate efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies Verify received items against purchase orders and packing lists Enter inventory data into inventory management software and run sales and inventory reports. Assist with preparing items for shipment vendors, customers, web orders. including ticketing Ability to deal with vendors, customers, management, and sales team Must have strong communication skills via phone, fax, email and in person .
