Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Accurately document receipt details into warehouse management systems. Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring inventory accuracy and completeness. Organize and stock received items in designated warehouse locations following proper packaging and stocking procedures. Prepare items for order picking, packing, and shipping logistics to support timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with inventory management teams to update stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by adhering to safety standards. Assist with load & unload activities for outgoing shipments. Support customer service efforts by providing accurate information about inventory status and delivery timelines when needed. Skills Proficiency in inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, weighing shipments, and data entry accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management. Ability to perform data entry efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels. Customer service mindset with clear communication skills to coordinate with team members. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload procedures.
