Unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Accurately document all inbound inventory through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP systems. Stock received items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper placement for efficient order picking and packing. Collaborate with the shipping and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and trade compliance requirements. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels. Support packaging, order picking, and order fulfillment processes as needed to meet customer demands, including e-commerce orders. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping & receiving roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP tools. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records of inbound shipments. Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards is a plus.
