Receiving and Shipping Clerk

Branded Ink and Xtreme Graphix are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our fast-paced production facility. Locally owned and operating in St. George since 1986, our company provides custom apparel, embroidery, direct-to-garment printing, promotional products, signs, banners, vehicle graphics, and creative design services. We work directly with customers and also provide contract production services for other businesses. In this role, you will receive incoming shipments, organize and distribute products to the appropriate production departments, and prepare completed orders for accurate, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate takes pride in staying organized, works well with others, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Verify products and quantities against packing slips and order information. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly. Pick and distribute incoming products to the appropriate production departments. Package, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment or customer pickup. Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and other shipping or order-management software. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and tracking information. Coordinate with department managers to meet production schedules and customer deadlines. Assist with final quality-control checks before orders leave the facility. Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized. Help monitor shipping supplies and communicate when materials need to be reordered. Assist other departments when workload and priorities require additional support. Required Skills & Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and highly motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Able to stay organized while managing multiple orders and priorities. Comfortable using computers and learning new shipping or order-management software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to take initiative and help outside normal duties when needed. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment where temperatures may fluctuate with the weather. Preferred Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience. Experience using UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software. Experience working in a production or deadline-driven environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
