Receiving and Shipping Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving and Shipping Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound paperwork, and communicating with warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless order fulfillment. Duties Process incoming/outgoing paperwork and communicating with the warehouse staff to get trucks loaded accurately and efficiently. Prepare paperwork for outgoing shipments according to shipping instructions. Experience Previous warehouse experience with shipping & receiving operations is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external carriers effectively Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Receiving and Shipping Associate to play a key role in delivering exceptional service through precise operations.
