Duties Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and recording deliveries using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately in accordance with shipping & receiving protocol Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, data entry, and updating inventory management software Ensure compliance with compliance standards during shipping processes Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and managing order fulfillment workflows Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, and AS400 platforms Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, stocking procedures, and warehouse operations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment with proper certification if required Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards to ensure lawful shipping practices Competent in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes This role offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact our operational success.
