The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Receiver/Purchasing Clerk to join our team. In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be managing all aspects of material all aspects of material receiving, inventory control, and stock crib oversight, while providing essential administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain department. If you have a strong clerical background, experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, and excel at managing both physical inventory and system data, this position is for you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receipt of all incoming material, raw materials, purchased parts, and stock crib items. Ensure all packing slips feature a valid purchase order number and clear item description. Direct manage, organize, and maintain the stock crib and plant MRO inventories. Control crib accessm, ensure all items are scanned out prior to release, and notify personnel daily when their ordered items arrive. Accurately input all received goods and inventory transactions into the computer system on a daily basis. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations as required and instructed. Assist with setting up new vendors in systems (such as Plex, Supplier Exchange, and EDI), monitor for updates, track vendor ratings, and manage certifications for compliance. Assist with manufacturing process change requests (PCR) updates post-award, manage office supplies, and provide general administrative backup. Comply with all company policies regarding computer use and information technology, promptly reporting any security incidents or breaches to management, IT, or helpdesk. Qualifications: Grade 12 Diploman (OSSD) required Office Administration courses or diploma considered a strong asset 1-2 years of exprience with stock control, inventory, and'or receiving, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment. Strong clerical, typing, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft- based software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, team members, and management. Strict adherence to confidentiality regarding company and group operations.
