RE-BATH Warehouse Operations Coordinator Troy, Michigan | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, Day Shift Competitive hourly pay based on experience Join Our Growing Operations Team Re-Bath is a leader in residential bathroom remodeling, and we are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our growing installation operations. This hands-on coordination role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and accurate warehouse operation. The coordinator manages the daily movement of materials, incoming deliveries, outgoing installation orders, and inventory accuracy so installation teams have the materials they need to complete projects successfully. While experience operating a Hi-Lo (forklift) is preferred, this position extends beyond equipment operation. The ideal candidate takes ownership, anticipates operational needs, and communicates proactively across warehouse, purchasing, production, and installation teams. Key Responsibilities Warehouse CoordinationMaterial Flow Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure materials are properly received, organized, staged, and distributed. Partner with production managers, installation teams, and purchasing personnel to anticipate material requirements and support installation schedules. Prepare and verify job-specific materials before installation crews arrive; identify shortages or discrepancies before they delay projects. Maintain an organized warehouse layout for efficient handling, accessibility, and inventory control. ReceivingInventory Control Coordinate incoming vendor shipments and verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and internal records. Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or incorrect items; document and escalate discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and reduce material loss and stock discrepancies. Ensure products are accurately labeled and stored in designated locations. Loading, Equipment OperationLogistics Safely operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) to unload deliveries, move materials, and load company vehicles. Stage and load materials according to daily installation schedules; verify outgoing loads against job orders and pick lists. Handle large, heavy, or fragile remodeling products with appropriate care and safe practices. Complete forklift pre-operation inspections and comply with company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. Process ImprovementAccountability Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety. Identify improvements in receiving, inventory tracking, staging, and loading processes. Communicate material issues early and coordinate solutions with operational leadership. QualificationsExperience Required At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, or material coordination. Hands-on experience safely operating a Hi-Lo (forklift). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities. Ability to review purchase orders, packing slips, inventory records, and pick lists. Clear communication skills and comfort coordinating with field and office personnel. Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Experience with construction materials, residential remodeling, or building supplies. Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software. Experience staging materials for installation or field-service teams. Forklift operator certification or documented training.
