Real Estate Showing Assistant - Buyer Tours

Love meeting people and showing homes? Our Keller Williams real estate team in Overland Park is looking for a friendly, outgoing licensed Showing Assistant to support our lead agents and help buyers find the right home. How it works: after a lead agent meets with a buyer and learns what they need, you take it from there. You find homes that match their criteria, drive buyers to tour them, and help them confirm or refine what they want as they see each property. When a buyer is ready to make an offer, you hand them back to the lead agent. What you'll do: - Search for homes that match each buyer's criteria and schedule showings - Drive buyers to tour homes and answer their questions along the way - Build rapport with buyers and gather their feedback after each showing - Keep the lead agent updated and pass the buyer back when it's time to write an offer - Keep notes and activity organized in our CRM Who you are: - Active real estate license (required) - Sociable, optimistic and energized by working with people - Reliable, with a valid driver's license and your own vehicle - Eager to support a team and grow your skills, with a path to grow within the team What we offer: - Hourly pay - Hands-on experience in residential real estate - Training and mentorship from licensed agents on a growing team - Room to grow within the team Apply today and tell us a little about yourself.
