Compensation: $155,000 - $194,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Meet with buyers and sellers through consultations and scheduled appointments Build relationships and convert opportunities into clients and transactions Guide buyers through home searches, offers, negotiations, and closing Advise sellers on pricing, marketing, and selling strategies Maintain consistent lead follow-up and client communication Negotiate contracts while protecting client interests Use proven CRM, sales, and client-service systems Participate in training, coaching, and accountability Deliver exceptional 2nd Mile Service Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated, coachable Real Estate Sales Agents who are ready to grow their business and build a long-term career in Raleigh and the Triangle.
