Recruitment Notes The Real Estate Division Director is a senior leader within the Strategic Procurement organization responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of Miami-Dade County’s real estate portfolio, including acquisitions and dispositions, the central real estate repository of approximately 5,000 properties, county leases, and development agreements. The Division Director provides a comprehensive view of real estate and asset capabilities, processes, and strategic needs to support operations, optimize portfolio performance, maximize asset value, and inform strategic decision-making and future investments. The Division Director works closely with county departments, business stakeholders, and technology subject matter experts to develop strategies and solutions that improve real estate processes, strengthen asset management, and align real estate investments with organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
