Responsibilities What You’ll Get Buyer Leads Provided – Opportunities ready for follow-up Proven Training & Coaching – Led by Master Coach Paul Wheeler (Workman Success Systems) Fast Start Potential – Many agents close their first deal within 90 days No Desk or Office Fees Collaborative Team Environment – Support, accountability, and growth Work-Life Balance Focused Culture Responsibilities Work with active buyer clients from initial consultation through closing Conduct buyer consultations and needs analysis Schedule and host property showings Write and negotiate purchase offers and contracts Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction Follow brokerage systems for CRM updates, transaction tracking, and follow-up Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings Convert company-provided and self-generated leads into signed clients Qualifications Qualifications Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining) Sales experience preferred (real estate, retail, or service industries) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with lead follow-up, phone calls, and client conversion High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability New to real estate?
