Ready Mix Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Ready Mix Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate commercial vehicles, including concrete mixers, to deliver ready-mixed concrete safely and efficiently. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the successful completion of construction. This job is located in between Yuma, AZ and Calexico, CA. This is an onsite project projected to last seven months. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as concrete mixer, transportation and delivery of concrete materials. Deliver ready-mixed concrete to construction sites while adhering to schedules and safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Experience Proven experience operating a Ready Mix Truck Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Hands-on experience with concrete mixer operation Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations. Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic vehicle or equipment issues. Familiarity with construction processes including concrete pumping, forming, and site logistics. Prior experience working on commercial construction projects is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
