Ready Mix Driver

Location:Acheson / Edmonton, St. Albert & Area Employment type: Seasonal -March / April - November Key responsibilities Safely operate a Ready Mix Truck and complete driving assignments on time. Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and site personnel. Communicate with QC staff before adjusting mixture on site. Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep. Keep required logs, driving records and DOT certifications up to date. Perform manual tasks and assist site crews when not delivering. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Work extended/irregular hours and be available for overtime/on-call as needed. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. What you need Minimum active Class 3 licence with air brake endorsement; Class 1 preferred. Ability to pass MVR and drug/alcohol testing (safety-sensitive role). Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Physical fitness for manual labour; able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather. Clear communicator, team player who can also work independently.
