Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver

Overview: Smithbridge Guam Inc has been operating on Guam for over 30 years, with a workforce of more than 300 employees. Our diverse operation include quarry mining and processing, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete manufacturing, crane hire and heavy transport, building construction, and civil and mechanical contracting. We are currently seeking an experienced B-Class Truck Driver who is reliable, safety conscious, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work. Key Responsibilities - Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport and deliver concrete. - Conduct prestart vehicle inspections to ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in proper working condition. - Ensure loads are properly secured and transported in accordance with safety requirements. - Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or dame promptly. - Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including checking and replenishing fluids, cleaning, and maintaining the general condition of assigned vehicles. - Safely maneuver vehicle into loading and unloading positions, following instructions from site personnel and ensuring proper postitioning. - Comply with company safety procedures, traffic regulations, and operational requirements. Qualifications & Requirements - Must hold a valid B-Class Guam Driver's License. - Experience operating ready-mix concrete trucks is an advantage. - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with team members. - Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safe work practices. - Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs require.
