Ready-Mix Concrete Mixer Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Ready-Mix Concrete Mixer Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites while providing professional customer service and ensuring timely deliveries. Duties Safely operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck to deliver concrete to various job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes. Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete at job sites. Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, customers, and job site crews. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws. Properly wash out and clean the mixer drum, chutes, and truck after deliveries. Complete required delivery tickets, inspection reports, and other paperwork. Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively. Inspect, clean, and perform routine equipment maintenance; report mechanical issues promptly. Requirements Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Clean driving record required. Commercial truck driving experience Ready-mix concrete mixer experience. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional overtime. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Mechanical knowledge and experience with construction machinery maintenance or heavy equipment operation are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times throughout the workday. Ability to operate chutes and perform routine truck washout. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks as required. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
