Reach Truck Operator Location: New Century, KS Pay: $21.00/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential Multiple Shifts Available Key Responsibilities Operate a stand-up reach truck to transport, stack, and retrieve pallets of dairy products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring product accuracy and proper placement. Place products in designated rack locations and retrieve inventory according to daily orders. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, lot codes, and product locations. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory processes to maintain product freshness and quality. Conduct daily equipment inspections, including battery levels, brakes, hydraulics, and overall forklift functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and reporting safety concerns. Adhere to all warehouse safety, food safety, and operational procedures. Work Environment Refrigerated warehouse setting maintained between 34°F and 44°F Fast-paced distribution environment Regular operation of powered industrial equipment Standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift Qualifications Previous stand-up reach truck experience required. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work available shifts. #nowhiring
