Responsibilities
• Operate sit down forklifts to unload shipments from trucks and stage them for storage.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan bar codes on wrapped skids and enter shipments into the warehouse management system.
• Use stand-up reach trucks and cherry picker forklifts to transport skids from staging areas to the warehouse for storage.
Essential Skills
• At least 1 year of prior forklift experience is required, with 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with stand-up reach forklifts, preferably Crown brand.
• Proficiency in unloading and loading trucks.
• Ability to use RF scanning equipment and enter shipments into the warehouse system.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Work Environment
The receiving area consists of approximately 23 bay doors where trucks are unloaded. The dock is not climate controlled, requiring employees to work in varying temperatures as they move in and out of trucks. The night shift operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4 PM to 4 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHAMBERSBURG, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.81 - $22.81/hr.
