Reach Truck Operator / Fork Lift Operator

Company Name: Champion Wholesale Foods, LLC Position Type: Employee - Shift Starts at 1:30pm (Refrigerated Warehouse) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for filling retail store orders in an accurate, productive and safe manner while operating industrial equipment. This involves replenishing pick slosts with the proper pallet in a timely and accurate manner. Essential Job Functions: Operate industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Complete store order assignments according to preferred warehouse management system methods. Follow voice commands and/or read order to ascertain correct pallet number and quantity of merchandise is selected and replenished in the proper pick slot or reserve location when putting product away. Pallets must be replenished timely as not to hold up the order selectors so routes can be completed on time. Upstacking or down stacking of cases is required when a pallet doesn't fit into the pick location from cubing opportunities. Comply with all department and company policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and attendance. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Minimum Desired Previous Job Experience/Education: Must be at least age 18 Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to work weekends, nights, overtime and holidays on a regular basis Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8 hours with a sense of urgency Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods of time.
