Reach Truck Operator

Overview As a Reach Truck Operator, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by safely handling, storing, and retrieving materials. You’ll support warehouse distribution, inventory management, and shipping and receiving while using a warehouse management system and barcode scanning for logistics. Your impact: Accurate, safe movement of goods helps warehouse teams fulfill orders and keep inventory organized. Responsibilities Operate a reach truck, forklift, lift truck, Hi-Lo, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products. Pick orders using a reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, or clamp truck as assigned. Follow forklift safety protocols, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and production safety standards. Perform basic equipment checks; report repair needs and maintain a clean, organized work area. Experience Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, warehouse management, warehouse distribution, or inventory management, is valuable. Experience with reach trucks, forklifts, order picking, shipping and receiving, or materials handling is preferred. Ability to follow manual handling practices, perform basic math, and safely handle heavy lifting and heavy equipment operation. Demonstrated safe operation of material handling equipment and commitment to applicable safety standards.
