Job Summary Equipment Operator (Ienjoy Home Fulfillment Center) (Forklift / Reach Truck /Pallet Rider— based on site needs) Responsibilities: The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, stage, load, and store product throughout the fulfillment center. This role supports receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory operations by ensuring accurate material movement, clean organization of product, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Operation & Material Handling Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet riders. Load and unload trailers, move pallets and cartons, and stage freight for receiving or shipping. Perform put-away to designated racking locations and retrieve inventory for replenishment and outbound needs. Transport product safely through aisles, dock areas, and staging zones while following traffic rules and pedestrian safety procedures. Inventory Accuracy & Replenishment Replenish pick locations to maintain product availability and support order flow. Confirm product, quantities, and locations using RF scanners or a warehouse management system (WMS). Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged product, or mislabeled pallets/locations. Assist with cycle counts, location audits, and inventory moves as assigned. Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and complete inspection checklists. Follow all safety policies and OSHA/warehouse powered industrial truck rules. Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) and keep aisles and emergency exits clear. Report near-misses, safety hazards, equipment issues, and product damage immediately. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience operating warehouse equipment. Comfortable using RF scanners, WMS systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation). Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and working at heights (for order picker roles). Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, noise levels, and dock environments.
