Job Duties
• Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely throughout the facility
• Receive and store raw ingredients and packaging supplies
• Pick and transfer materials to production departments as needed
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
• Move finished goods to warehouse racks and shipping docks
• Load and unload products accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate discrepancies
• Utilize ERP systems to complete warehouse tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow food safety and forklift safety procedures at all times
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Reach Truck experience required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Work Environment
• Food production and warehouse facility
• Temperature-controlled environment (approximately 45°F)
• PPE required, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses
• Steel-toed boots required
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
