Responsibilities
• Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move and organize materials.
• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle bakery and other products carefully to prevent damage.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, product verification, and warehouse organization.
• Follow all company, workplace safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping requirements.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical work and material handling.
• Flexible to work days, afternoons, or nights as required.
