Raymond Reach Forklift Operator – Night Shift

Our GMP and HACCP-compliant distribution centres provide a clean, organized warehouse environment supporting both racked and bulk materials. We are currently hiring experienced Raymond Reach Forklift Operators for our night operations. IMPORTANT: Raymond Reach Experience Required This is not an entry-level forklift position. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on Raymond Reach experience, with recent experience operating the equipment on a regular basis in a warehouse or distribution environment. Candidates selected to move forward must successfully complete an in-person practical Raymond Reach drive assessment as part of the hiring process. General forklift, counterbalance, walkie or pallet-jack experience alone does not meet the experience requirement for this position. What You'll Do Operate Raymond Reach equipment to safely retrieve and put away products and materials in warehouse racking. Pick products accurately using location codes and sales orders. Use RF scanners as part of day-to-day warehouse operations. Assist with inbound/outbound shipments, loading, unloading and put-aways. Lift and move products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs. Support general warehouse operations as required. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of hands-on Raymond Reach experience, with recent experience operating the equipment on a regular basis. Experience independently completing pallet put-away and retrieval from warehouse racking. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience using an RF scanner. Comfortable completing a hands-on Raymond Reach drive assessment during the recruitment process. Able to frequently lift/move approximately 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work with minimal supervision. Shift Details Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday Mandatory Training: Candidates must be available to work 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM for the first 1–2 weeks for onboarding, certification checks and systems training. Following training, you will transition to your permanent night shift.
