and cargo from loss, theft, and damage.
• Manually and mechanically handle passenger baggage, airfreight, and company materials.
• Operate pushback equipment and maintain communication with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Record and manage customer baggage and airfreight documentation.
• Transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft.
• Drive motorized equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders.
• Complete necessary paperwork and data entry related to your tasks.
• Assist with any other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Local residency required.
• Valid in-state Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a thorough background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Completion of ramp and SIDA training is required.
• Physical stamina to lift/push/pull items weighing over 70 pounds regularly.
• Capability to perform physical duties such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of relevant experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Effective verbal and radio communication skills.
• Professional manner in all communications.
