Naval Systems & Sustainment, a sub strategic business unit within Naval Power, seeking a Guided Missile Round Pack (GMRP) Production Program Manager for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) program. The RAM program is a fast-paced and complex US-German cooperative program, which is highly visible within both Raytheon and the US Navy (USN). The GMRP Production Program Manager reports directly to the RAM Program Director. The RAM GMRP Production Program Manager will be responsible for execution and cost performance of multiple US Navy production contracts (including Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS)) as prime contractor in parallel with execution of RAMSYS-prime German Navy and RAMSYS-prime DCS contracts as a sub-contractor. This role requires experience in Production Program Management. The GMRP Production Manger will lead cross-functional teams, manage a complex program and supply base, and ensure clear communication of goals, decisions, and results to teams, customers, and senior leadership. This role will require an individual to maintain and continue to strengthen our customer and industrial partner relationships while supporting the RAM team’s strong culture of urgency and accountability. **This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility **Relocation assistance is currently not availability Will You Will Do: Strategic Leadership: Drive the execution of the RAM GMRP Production program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while successfully maintaining on-time delivery of contractual items and managing cost performance across the contracts. Execution Excellence: Lead the flawless execution of production efforts, meeting or exceeding all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and customer expectations. Collaboration: Partner supply chain, operations, engineering, contracts, and finance to deliver on AOP commitments and margin expansion. Customer Engagement: Interface with multiple US and German government and industry counterparts as well as US and foreign suppliers and partners, fostering trust and ensuring alignment on program objectives. Program Growth: Support strategy for GMRP production proposals for domestic and international growth opportunities, ensuring the long-term success of the RAM portfolio.
