Key Responsibilities:
• Operate locomotives safely during customer-site rail switching
• Conduct job briefings and protect trains, tracks, and equipment
• Operate switches and derails; couple and uncouple rail cars
• Inspect locomotives, brakes, and safety devices daily
• Complete reports, logs, and required documentation
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or GED
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to read safety and operating documentation
• Physical ability to handle railcar equipment continuously
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in all weather
