We offer a Tennis Junior Program that is dedicated to the well-being of each student with a strong emphasis on the developmental process as well as programs for adults of all ages and abilities. We also have programs for Padel and Pickleball! Along with the social mixers that are super fun for everyone, Polo Club is THE club to be a part of in Austin! Description The Role As a Racquets Stringer at Dripping Springs Racquet Club, you will be responsible for stringing racquets for our members and ensuring that they receive the best possible service. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all stringing tasks. What You'll Do String racquets accurately and efficiently according to member specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate with members to understand their stringing needs and preferences. Provide recommendations on string types and tensions based on player style and skill level. Assist in inventory management of stringing materials and equipment. Collaborate with the team to improve stringing processes and member satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest stringing techniques and equipment. What We're Looking For Experience in racquet stringing or a strong willingness to learn. Attention to detail and precision in stringing techniques. Strong communication skills to interact with members effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Nice to Have Knowledge of different racquet brands and string types. Previous customer service experience in a sports or retail environment. Certification from a recognized racquet stringing organization. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, and we welcome applicants who are passionate about racquet sports and customer service.
