QUOTING WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people find the right solution? We're looking for a Quoting Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll support our sales and warehouse operations by preparing quotes, sourcing products, checking inventory, and helping move orders from quote to completion. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to provide an outstanding experience. Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes. Research products, pricing, lead times, and availability. Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain product information and pricing. Calculate costs, freight, discounts, and margins. Enter quotes and orders into the ERP system. Follow up on open quotes and support order conversion. Answer customer and team questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, and delivery. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams. Maintain accurate customer, product, and pricing information. Recommend alternative products or cost-saving solutions when needed. Assist with inventory, pricing, and shipping inquiries. Deliver friendly and professional customer service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIO NS High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to learn ERP and inventory management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid state-issued Real ID driver's license. Ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in one or more of the following: Warehouse, inventory, logistics, parts, or purchasing operations. HVAC/R, mechanical service, or commercial equipment industries. Quoting or estimating. Customer service. Inside sales or sales support. Inventory management. ERP or inventory software systems.
