EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: AS or AAS in technical discipline plus 2-3 years of related experience with progressive responsibility in Quality Assurance OR high school diploma and 5+ years related experience. SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Quality Supervisor, this person will provide technical services for the manufacturing and testing of company products. The duties will include manufacturing and environmental quality assurance, monitoring equipment performance, product testing and release, validation studies, calibration, and document control. Desired Skills & Qualifications Regulatory Knowledge Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. Working knowledge of sampling plans for product acceptance. Interpersonal Skills Ability to interact and communicate effectively across diverse functions, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Customer Service. Technical Skills Basic metrology techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using statistical software and techniques. Strong technical writing skills. Primary Responsibilities Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment Ensure all test and measurement equipment is maintained in compliance with current calibration requirements.
