Job Title: Quality Paperwork / PPAP Coordinator Reports to: Quality Manager/Supervisor What you’ll do: As Quality Paperwork / PPAP Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, compiling, storing, and submitting the elements needed for part approval, for all quality paperwork / PPAP documentation in accordance with the quality management system and customer specific requirements. In addition, this position will also be back up support to the Dimensional Quality Technician. Duties / Responsibilities of this position: This individual must be able to communicate and interact in a positive manner with co-workers and customers to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Ballooning prints Customer specific dimensional reporting / uploading. Track and complete validations. Control and disposition of non-conforming product as needed. Prepare and submit all supporting quality documentation for approval per customer requirements for all product shipped. Responsible for using all forms and manuals per our customer requirements. Participate in APQP to learn / communicate status of quality requirements. Obtain and verify calibration records for all measurement equipment is up to date for the respective PPAP prior to submission. Maintain and file all records relating to Advanced Quality Planning, Submissions (samples, prototypes, Engineering changes and PPAP's), and customer specifications. Upload PPAP submissions and customer approvals to Oracle. Review and record supplier quality paperwork Incoming receiving inspection; print out dwg, dimensional inspections, record data, po#, heat#, verification. Part mark inspection buyoff approval Review certifications for compliance and file; raw material, paint, hardware Job Requirements: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · High school diploma or GED · 2-3 manufacturing experience · Fluent Blueprint Reading/ GD&T Knowledge · 2-3 years Quality experience · Dimensional measuring equipment / tools (calipers, gages etc.) · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong documentation development skills · Strong organization, and presentation skills · Ability to work with little supervision. · Computer skills (Microsoft O365 - Outlook, Excel, Word) / ERP system/ Oracle/ etc.) · Customer Websites for CDR requirements / PPAP · Basic math Benefits · Medical Insurance · Dental Insurance · 401K Equal Opportunity Employer RWCI does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, weight, height, marital status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
