Job Summary The Quality Manager provides hands-on leadership for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within a printed circuit board manufacturing environment serving the medical and aerospace industries. This role is accountable for product quality, customer satisfaction, departmental staffing and priorities, and the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the site’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 13485, AS9100, customer-specific requirements, and other applicable standards. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners, the Quality Manager leads structured problem-solving and corrective action initiatives, drives improvements in manufacturing processes and the cost of poor quality, and promotes a culture of quality, compliance, and accountability. As a visible and engaged leader on the manufacturing floor, this position develops the Quality team through ongoing coaching, mentoring, training, clear performance expectations, and practical guidance that strengthens employees’ technical capabilities and problem-solving skills through a data-driven approach.
