ADCOQuality Control & Logistics Associate Company: ADCO – Advertising Company of America Location: Cornelius, NC Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Hours: 9am-6pm | Monday-Friday Job Description ADCO is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Quality Control & Logistics Associate to join our team in Cornelius, NC. In this role, you'll play an important part in our daily operations by ensuring completed printing and direct mail orders are properly inspected, organized, documented, and shipped to customers nationwide. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while being part of a team. This position offers a variety of daily responsibilities and the opportunity to work with different aspects of our commercial printing and mailing operations. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Order Verification Perform final quality checks on completed orders before shipment. Verify mailing jobs for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. Review shipping details, paperwork, and job specifications. Identify and help resolve discrepancies before shipment. Shipping & Fulfillment Prepare and process completed orders for daily shipments. Organize and maintain completed orders in the shipping and staging areas. Prepare and ship customer samples while maintaining accurate tracking information. Deliver completed mailings to USPS facilities and other designated locations as needed. Operate company 26-foot box trucks for pickups and deliveries. Production Documentation & Postal Support Maintain shipping records and update internal order tracking systems. Organize completed job folders, work orders, quality control records, and production paperwork. Assist with preparing and submitting USPS postage statements. Maintain accurate shipment tracking information and documentation in client folders. Communicate with production personnel regarding completed orders and shipping requirements. Assist with production equipment and other operational tasks when needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, quality control, logistics, or production operations preferred. Experience in commercial printing, direct mail, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using computers, entering information, and maintaining digital records. Valid driver's license and ability to operate company 26-foot box trucks. Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
