Quality Control Inspector/Warehouse Associate

Elite is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet quality standards while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations — from receiving and inspecting inventory to preparing orders for shipment. What You'll Do UNLOAD FLOOR STACKED TIRE CONTAINERS Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damage, or discrepancies against quality standards Document inspection results and flag issues to the appropriate team Receive, sort, and store inventory accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker) as needed Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks Follow all safety protocols and company procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Must have clean background and licenses Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift up to [75] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Forklift and/or order picker certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) Comfortable using basic warehouse tools/technology (scanners, computers, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Prior warehouse or QC experience a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick days Opportunities for growth within the company A supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Quality control: 2 years (Preferred) Quality inspection: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
