Job description: Position Summary GH Logistics is seeking a Quality Control specialist to help oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial data, billing, reporting, and operational metrics. This role is responsible for identifying discrepancies, auditing financial information, analyzing large datasets, and ensuring the company maintains the highest standards of financial accuracy. This position requires someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and exceptionally strong in Excel. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large volumes of data, identifying issues quickly, and driving accountability through accurate reporting and quality control processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO Run a multi-point validation checklist on every assigned load before it is cleared Create and submit carrier bills in Triumph, accurately and without batching or delay Verify PODs, BOLs, and carrier invoices against the load record in our TMS Chase down and close out missing pickup and delivery times Maintain the validation tracker so the rest of the operation can trust what it says Work daily sweeps on pending documentation until every open item is closed Flag discrepancies to the QC Lead for resolution rather than resolving them on your own Provide administrative support on equipment lease documentation and warranty repair claims Re-verify the entire load whenever a missing document finally arrives : not just the item that was missing WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required: Demonstrable analytics ability in Excel : pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and reconciling two data sets that are supposed to tie Detail-oriented administrative background where you owned records, files, and deadlines Billing, invoicing, or accounts-payable-adjacent experience — you have created bills or invoices before Comfortable with high-volume repetitive work held to a 100% accuracy standard Available on-site in San Antonio, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Preferred: Freight, logistics, or transportation back-office experience Bilingual English and Spanish Prior experience working inside a TMS Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Associate (Required) Experience: Analytical thinking: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required) Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Quality control: 3 years (Required) transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: San Antonio, TX 78230 (Required) Work Location: In person
